Lip syncing or Lip Sync in HDMI 1.3 automatically adjusts video and audio syncing that allows devices to perform automatic synchronization with total and complete accuracy. HDMI 1.3 now adds additional support for lossless audio formats and compressed digital formats such as Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD.
