If you are starting to get read errors or slow loading disks, there is a very good chance you need to replace the laser. As the Wii console gets older this product has become quite popular.
This high quality replacement component works on all D2B and D2C drives, every drive that is currently available for the Wii.
No aligning required, the laser will work straight out of the box (after removing solder straps). Note: A point of the laser is soldered to prevent static discharge when shipping this item. You will need a soldering iron to remove this 'blob' of solder. |
